It's hard to imagine that Monaco & Associates started over 20 years ago (1986), in a room in my home, with a bunch of ideas, a couple of card tables, a PC and a dot matrix printer.
Since then Monaco's has grown into a local case management service provider in addition to a technical resource provider for, literally, thousands of agencies, schools, and businesses serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you use any of our products or services, I would like to thank you.
I've had the remarkable good fortune to be able to partner with colleagues like Jim Smith (co-author of our staff training series) and Jeanne Tomiser (co-designer of much of our software) as well as to help bring the internationally recognized work of Drs. Mark Durand and Dan Crimmins to published form as text (

MAS Administration Guide), software (
MASSoftware & coming very soon,
MASSoftware Professional), and an Internet web site (
iMAS).
