Part of the reason for these discussions comes out of the fact that we are growing once again. Physically, for example, we have just spread ourselves into nearly double our office space, and we are a bit separate. We have also added new associates, like John Summers, and there have been some promotions, with Rebecca Lister, for example, taking over the Director of Service Coordination position. We have engaged Ian David Schaeffer as our account representative for software and other sales.
So, here are my principles for
effective management of the human service organization.
