Strategic Direction 1: Monaco & Associates will be a great place to learn, work and grow.

Goal 1.1: Create a stable workforce equipped to carry out our mission.

1.1.1 Offer flexibility and support to team members;

1.1.2 Provide training that empowers staff and persons served.

1.1.3 We will recruit a professional and diverse workforce;

1.1.4 We will have a system of recognition for exceptional achievements;

1.1.5 Create a case management handbook for TCM's to refer to.

Goal 1.2: Increase customer base in NE Kansas.

1.2.1 Increase new customers by 20 over the next year;

1.2.2 Use direct and indirect marketing to achieve greater name recognition

1.2.3 Offer trainings twice yearly to local service providers and parents in topics relevant to the field.

1.3.1 Creation of a back-up plan for service coordination.

1.3.2 Consistent follow up with new referrals through phone contact and letters.

1.3.3 Develop a presentation booklet to be used with new and prospective consumers and providers that highlights the unique strenghs of our company.

1.3.4 Institute and evaluate scientifically the use of checklists to improve service and quality.
